PLEASE NOTE - All international orders may attract customs taxes and duties upon entry, depending on the Country. These taxes or duties will need to be paid by the customer. Blush Off Australia is not liable for these charges.

 

    Not yet received your Blush Off? 

    If you have not received your email, text or purchase, please email hello@blushoff.com.au.

    If you enter the wrong address, please get in touch with us ASAP at hello@blushoff.com.au.

    We can easily change your address if you have not received a tracking number yet.  

    If you have received your tracking number, a $15 ‘return to sender’ fee will, unfortunately, be charged to have your product redirected to you.


    Returns 

    The shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Exchanges 

    If your Blush Off is found faulty for some unforeseen circumstances, we will send your new exchange FREE of postage and shipping charges within Australia. Photo evidence must be emailed to hello@blushoff.com.au. Thank you. 


    Refunds (International)

    Unfortunately,  at this stage, Blush Off can not offer any sales or purchases outside of Australia to be refunded. If the photo (s) sent can prove a fault in manufacture, we will send you a new Blush Off.  

    Our purpose

    We are so excited to introduce our mailers! They are 100% compostable mailers from @hero.packaging and @signet made from Cassava roots and corn starch; these babies are entirely plant-based. This means NO MORE PLASTIC! They break down in 90 days in a compostable environment and leave zero chemical residue.
