If you are unsatisfied with your Blush Off or any Blush Off products you can simply return your purchase within 30 days. We do not offer refunds or exchange on 'change of mind' purchases. Please email email@example.com if you have any questions.
If, 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned dry and packaged in a similar way it was sent to you.
Blush Off will refund your cost of product/s. Postage and shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This is your order/invoice number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14-30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges Blush Off will send your new exchange FREE of postage and shipping charges within Australia.
Unfortunately Blush Off at this stage can not offer any sales purchases outside of Australia to be refunded. If photo/s sent can prove a fault in manufacture we will send you a new Blush Off.
