Refunds
Thank you for giving us a go and making a change to leave behind a cleaner footprint. We stand behind our brand, and even though our products have passed rigorous testing and are manufactured to the highest standards, we value all feedback.
Blush Off offers a 100% product guarantee.
We want you to love our brand as much as we do.
If you are unsatisfied with your Blush Off or any Blush Off products, you can return your purchase within 30 days. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on 'change-of-mind' purchases. Please email hello@blushoff.com.au if you have any questions.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned dry and packaged in a similar way it was sent to you.
Blush Off will refund your cost of the product/s. Postage and shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This is your order/invoice number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14-30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
