How often should I replace my pads?

Washable and reusable, they will last over 200 washes. How often you wear makeup and how heavy it is will determine how often you should replace them. Every 3 to 4 months is recommended depending on use.

What is the Shampoo Cleanser used for?

The shampoo cleanser was specially formulated to clean the bacteria and stains from your pads, blenders and makeup brushes. See our reviews and videos for real testimonials from genuine customers. 

Are you Australian-owned?

You better believe it—100% designed and created right here in Brisbane, Queensland. 

 Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

We are so excited to introduce our mailers! They are 100% compostable mailers from @hero.packaging and @signet made from Cassava roots and corn starch; these babies are entirely plant-based. This means NO MORE PLASTIC! They break down in 90 days in a compostable environment and leave zero chemical residue.

We love that we are helping the Earth in any little way we can!

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

We ship with Australia Post for domestic orders. The tracking number will be (emailed to you) or (messaged to your phone by TEXT) as you requested on the checkout page.  You can proceed to track your package with the link sent to you.

Oops, I’ve entered the wrong address. What happens now? 

If you enter the wrong address, be sure to get in touch with us ASAP at hello@blushoff.com.au.

We can easily change your address if you have not received a tracking number yet.  

If you have received your tracking number, a $10 ‘return to sender’ fee will, unfortunately, be charged to have your product re-directed to you.

How do I enter a code for promotions?

Once you’ve added your order in the checkout and have a promo code, you can enter this on the side tab as listed. All discounts available will be applied to your order (excluding bundles). Enter the code and update the cart.

Please note – only 1 CODE can be used to activate an order. You can only use this code once.

How long until I get my BLUSH OFF?

Once the order is submitted, you will be notified of delivery and tracking

Australia Post will deliver in all METRO areas within 1-3 days and 2-4 days for RURAL areas.

International orders can take up to 10 – 13 working days, depending on the country and postal service.

What currency are your prices in?

All our prices on our website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard & PayPal as valid payment methods on our website. After-pay is also available! 

I still haven’t received my order! What should I do?

Please check your tracking information emailed to you and ensure you read through our shipping page to see the estimated time-frame time frame destination before reaching out to us. Please note there may be some delays in transit out of our control (such as a parcel being held in customs), which Blush Off is not responsible for.

If you have any troubles with the delivery of your parcel or the order has far exceeded the estimated delivery time frame, please email us so we can investigate further. hello@blushoff.com.au
