We can easily change your address if you have not received a tracking number yet.
If you have received your tracking number, a $10 ‘return to sender’ fee will, unfortunately, be charged to have your product re-directed to you.
Blush Off Refunds/Exchanges
If your Blush Off is found faulty for some unforeseen circumstances, we will send your new exchange FREE of postage and shipping charges within Australia. Photo evidence must be emailed to hello@blushoff.com.au. Thank you.
How will my order be shipped?
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post, and all International orders will be shipped via DHL express or FedEx.
